Where the X ELECTRONICES journey started
A small roadside beginning beside Liluah Railway Station Road, with promotional material and mobile accessories — before there was a store, a large setup or outside funding.
There were a lot of questions. There was no major support, no outside funding and no ready-made business setup. It was simply a start from scratch, powered by belief, learning and the willingness to keep moving forward.
On 1st February 2024, after a great deal of chaos, experimentation and learning, X ELECTRONICES launched its first website for e-commerce and online selling of products. That experience became an important step in understanding digital technology, online customer communication and the possibilities of a digital-first business.
After around four months of online operation, we took another major step. On 18th July 2024, X ELECTRONICES opened its first official store to serve local people directly. The vision was not just to operate a cyber cafe, but to create a high-tech digital service centre in Liluah, Howrah where customers could access essential digital and online services with greater transparency and convenience.
From UPI money transfer, government and online services, Xerox and printing, AEPS, railway ticket booking, SIM recharge and other digital assistance, we began building a service ecosystem around the everyday needs of local customers. We also focused on a better customer experience through instant transaction receipts on WhatsApp and Email and an advanced website where customers can see the services we offer.

On 1st April 2025, X ELECTRONICES took a heartfelt step beyond business by beginning a small but meaningful initiative to Feed India. Through donations towards feeding needy people, we wanted to turn our belief into action: society is also our responsibility, and people in need should be a priority.
Our customer trust milestones followed. On 5th December 2025, X ELECTRONICES crossed 100+ 5-star Google reviews. Within just a few months, by 10th July 2026, we reached 200+ 5-star Google reviews from satisfied customers. Every review became a reminder that transparent service and consistent effort can create real local trust.
On 18th July 2026, we completed our 2nd Anniversary. By that milestone, X ELECTRONICES had served 1,500+ customers with honesty and dedication, reached 200+ Google reviews, and donated ₹2,000 towards a Feeding India camp to help feed people in need.
Today, our story is still being written. Liluah is our foundation, not our boundary. Our physical store remains in Liluah, Howrah, while our digital reach is growing across West Bengal. Customers can contact X ELECTRONICES through WhatsApp or phone calls for available digital services and complete eligible transactions remotely. Our long-term vision is to build a trusted, technology-driven service brand that can expand across India while keeping transparency, customer support and responsibility at the heart of everything we do.
